Mission statement
LovelyLights is dedicated to bringing comfort, joy, and creativity to children through art. To always remind every child that even in hard times there is always light.
Why it matters?
Art therapy has been shown to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and give children a positive way to express their emotions. By providing student-designed coloring books, lovelylights transforms ordinary waiting rooms and other harsh medical experiences into memories of peace and creativity.
Our Story
LovelyLights was founded a high school student who saw the potential power that art therapy and creativity could have in bringing comfort to children going through medical experiences that could be scary to them.
The founder strongly believes that there is strength in community. That is why they decided it is best if young students help provide help to children.
